Through the app, you will receive guided instructional videos of the exercises prescribed by your clinician.
Simply press play and follow along!
You will be contacted to schedule your Welcome Call with your Care Navigator, please make sure to schedule this as it is a key part of your home exercise experience!
3. Receive Support Every Step of the Way
Ask your clinician about receiving one on one virtual coaching from a specialized Care Navigator.
Our Care Navigators are licensed therapy professionals dedicated to providing:
Virtual support in between visits
Motivation and reminders to help you stay on track with your program
Updates to your clinician about your recovery outside of the clinic
